Service Description
This is an injectable treatment which is used to relax the muscles of the face and neck which results in easing and softening the appearance of existing fine lines and helps to prevent the formation of expression lines. These treatments use botulinum toxin which block the nerves transmitters to the muscles essentially freezing the muscles enhancing a fresher look. The results take maximal affect at two weeks and usually last 3-4 months depending on each individual. Botulinum toxin can be used cosmetically for frown, crows feet around the eyes, forehead lines, nasal creases, smokers lines around the lips, a dimpled chin, de-bulking of the jawline and prominent neck muscles (platysma). It can also be used for medical purposes such as sweating to excess (hyperhidrosis), treatment of headaches, reduction of teeth grinding.
Cancellation Policy
A £30 booking fee is required for all appointments. This fee is deducted from the total treatment cost. Ensure your contact details, especially your email, are correct, as most communication will be via email. Booking fees can be applied to treatment on the day. If you need to reschedule, you may transfer the fee to a new date, please provide 48 hours notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or direct message us if booked via social media. The booking fee is retained for cancellations. LATENESS If you're over 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled.please try and give as much notice as possible. NEW PATIENTS Treatments are at Jo and Cara’s discretion. If unsuitable for treatment, the booking fee is retained. We recommend booking a no obligation consultation first. New patients with health conditions, allergies, or medications should book a consultation before treatment. BOTOX REVIEW APPOINTMENTS Reviews are done 2-3 weeks after treatment, no later than 4 weeks. Missed reviews beyond 4 weeks will incur a charge. DISABILITY ACCESS The clinic is on street level and is accessible for wheel chairs. NO SHOWS If you miss an appointment without notice, future bookings must be made via email.
